I’m Kyle Edmund Hayes. I’ve spent nearly two decades building, fixing, and running revenue operations infrastructure across global B2B SaaS companies.

CRM transformations, partner ecosystems with thousands of partners, GTM operating models, and the operational mess that sits between strategy and execution. I now run ERD, a consultancy focused on ecosystem revenue engineering.

Every article is grounded in practice. Specific problems, specific thinking, specific opinions. No vendor partnerships influence what I recommend. If a platform is good, I’ll say so. If it’s overhyped, I’ll say that too.
